I love coming to this place because prices are great and bud tenders are very friendly. Just wish they would put some wall plug insair freshners around the dispensary because it smells like bad body odor! Other than that 5 stars from me!

I hate to share this because I had hoped for a better relationship with the place. The staff are friendly enough and service is quick enough, the orders are correct. I live right nearby and as a lifelong laborer I was really depending on this & excited when I got my card in Dec 2023. After spending $970.68 in these past few months I had a problem with one $72.00 item, a 14 gram sack of VytalOptions flower that was damp and smelled funny. I tried it and I think it has mold. It made me wheeze and had a speedy feeling to it. I'm not talking about when the stuff is potent and comes on fast, I'm telling you it was speedy and stayed speedy until it wore off. I'm a heavy user and have a high tolerance, I now know medical cannabis pretty well and I'd swear this product is tainted.All that nice help disappeared though. I brought the product back immediately and their manager took it in the back with her and returned with a green sticky note that ended up not being an actual email contact. (photo below) VytalOptions has not responded to the several emails the Ethos manager Tori told me to send. Even phone calls to their dispo got met with "I'll look into this, we'll work with you" then two weeks of not a word. While making another purchase at Ethos I asked for help again and she said she couldn't, sorry though they sold it to me. Why?Why did the product have a red dot sticker on it the day I bought it? Was it marked for disposal but somebody gave it to me by mistake? Own up.I still have this bad purchase sitting in my fridge waiting to hear a word. I enclosed a few caps of my purchase receipts in case you think I'm a liar.I'm really disappointed, I had a mostly positive opinion of the place but it's when you have a problem that you really know who your friends are.To "Sai Elizabeth" who's trying to invalidate my claim. First off, you know nothing, you weren't there. Period. Tori definitely saw inside the bag when I brought it back and the Vytal employee, Kirk from their Harrisburg dispo still stands to "look into it & get back to me"NOT A WORD YET KIRK OR TORI - your bad cannabis still rots away in my fridge to anybody who actually has the safety checks in place who wants to test the garbage. I already filled out the federal complaint, when I get the right form for the state dept of health, they're getting one too. The PA MM Program is a failed experiment in my experience, and I'm far from the only one who got burned. How come the Ethos owner only addresses some complaints on here? I'll be damned if I'd vote for the crapshoot recreational is going to be if this how medical operatesPoor dear Sai, you might be spending too much time in Google Reviews now that you think it's your place to police and rebut other reviews. I was nice to them across the board throughout this and it's gotten me nothing in return.

Marina is the best consultant at ethos. She is very patient explaining the different strains.She never rushes you. She always makes sure you have everything you need. She’s always smiling and is very inviting!!!! I just love when she’s working the window!!!!

I walk away from here disappointed every time. I just don't know why the service is so slow. They do not value your time, and never will. I come here while on my lunch break and the majority of my break is spent waiting in line. They have never messed my order up or overcharged me which I am grateful for. The employees seem to be very knowledgeable and can easily point patients in the right direction if needed. I have no problem with the dispensary in general. The place just seems to be lackadaisical. And your time is of no value.

Great staff, excellent selection, excellent house brand ( natural selections/ Eleven) , and they consistently have sales. Every experience I've had there has been positive. I appreciate them...had an issue with my order and it really frustrated me- the manager who helped me is absolutely awesome. He took the time to not only deal with my attitude he actually dealt with me in a way that made my attitude go away.so very appreciative!!!

Edit: Still a fantastic dispensary, just want to stay current so folks know that Ethos is consistently great. I also want to say that the employee who was working drive thru today is a Cody Ko doppelganger and that's neat.***The review down below from "Paul Stevenson" is misleading. Ethos CANNOT SEE the inside of packaging. Flower does unfortunately go bad on rare occasions. The dispensary has no control over the quality of products, and it's pretty clear that they move product fast enough that we know it's not sitting around. He was obviously told to contact Vityl because they grew and packaged the plant that was like that, thus they would need to know the identifying lot information to pull any additional products that may still be in circulation at other dispensaries. Remember, just because you're mad....it doesn't make your experience indictive of their standards. I've been in the program for over 3 years, and starting going to this location the very week that it first opened. I have NEVER had any issues with flower gone bad, and the companion brands such as Natural Selections and Eleven have been reliably great with some of the best terpene profiles in the game. If you're gonna get angry at this place, you'll hate the other nearby dispensaries so much more. Also? It doesn't matter how much money you spend; it's a dispensary and we've all spent a lot. Don't think that has some kind of persuasive ability, Paul.--This is a great dispensary. Solid selection, great prices, incredible sales. Everything is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. The employees are wonderful, helpful, and so very nice. I particularly like the gentleman with the southern accent, as he makes good conversation.There is usually a wait here, but you don't have to stand outside or anything. The wait is not because of the employees, but because of the state's system. So if you see this before encountering a small wait (usually no more than 5-10 minutes), please remember this information and just enjoy some conversation while you wait.Note: Leave phone locked, in your pocket, or in the car when picking up your order. You can use it to access their site, but phones are a no-no otherwise.
