My husband Is the one with the MMJ card,and he has been going to Ethos Pittsburgh South for 2 yrs now, he get a vape cartridge ,and is always happy and enjoys going there because the staff is great and friendly and helpful,he had just gotten his weekly vape cartridge and he ordered a dart pod instead a cartridge,and did not realize he had the wrong one,till he got home, he called the discrepancy and because he had the receipt and did not open the container, It can be exchange,he was told by Steve he can put in a order to reserve for next day to replace the correct type of cartridge , he talked with Steve of the Pittsburgh south dispensary and Steve was very helpful and is given a 5 STAR for customer service and relations

I've had my MMJ card in 2020 and in the beginning before ethos it was only The Healing Center and Arise... I found ethos about 2 years ago and I had been going to them since they always have great weekly specials that never change every day is a different special but it's the same day every week for me it's Vape cartridges Monday and Thursdays is a discount Tuesday has flower discount Wednesdays have concentrate discounts Saturdays has a discount and Sundays is a throwback but overall every time I've ever come here the most I've ever had to wait is 10 minutes even on the most busiest day the people behind the front desk and in the back are always friendly chipper always a smile on their face... I've been coming here now long enough I think this time to recognize me because it's always high how you doing how you feeling always with a great big smile overall I give ethos of Pittsburgh five stars because their prices are the lowest around the selection is the best and the quality is extremely good you want a medical dispensaries that treat you right treat you very fairly gives you a good price and offer a good selection then definitely come and visit ethos medical dispensaries of Southside

Eh, it's a bit pricey compared to where I normally go. I've been here 2 or 3 times. Nice enough place and people. I'll check the menu periodically to see if they have any decent sales, but so far, I still get better products for cheaper at my go-to dispensary.

The people here are so warm and just lovely to work with. I've been to other dispensaries that felt very awkward and unwelcoming, this is the polar opposite of that. If we moved I would still come back here even if it were a long haul.

WOW!! I like this place!! First time there. Big selection of products. The customer service was excellent from the time I called, to the time walked through the doors. Great discounts too. 35 percent off on everythnig!! Plus, because I'm a new patient, they saved my 30 percent discount for the next time I visit. So, I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend this placeEasily 5 starsUPDATE: On Tuesdays and Fridays they have 20% off on flower. But, some of their OWN in house products are NOT on sale on those days. My original review is getting bumped down to 4 for that reason alone
