In the Desert Cave, in the far southwest room, there are two pills. You must defeat the Cum Witch to access this room.
The Brown Pill will disable pregnancy.
The Pink Pill will enable pregnancy if the Brown Pill has been taken, but will not increase fertility.
Neither pill can be removed from the room.
