Usage

• Before first use: once unwrapped, remove any labels that may be attached to your product. Wash your product in soapy water and rinse under the hot tap.

Wipe with a clean cloth and leave it to dry upside down. Your STAUB product is now ready to use.

• For everyday use: wash your STAUB product in hot water with dish liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.

• If any food residue remains stuck to the dish, do not use abrasive or corrosive products, scouring powder or metal scouring pads. Simply leave it to soak in hot water for 10 to 20 minutes and then remove the remaining food with a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe your dish thoroughly with a clean cloth and leave to dry upside down before putting it away.

• You can wash your STAUB product in the dishwasher.

Precautions

• Do not use your product on direct heat sources or stove burners.

• To avoid any risk of burns, always use a potholder or oven glove.

• Do not place a hot vessel on an unprotected surface.

• Do not add cold water, liquids, or foods to a hot dish.

Products for oven

Please always check on the packaging the specific care and use for each product before using any heat source.

Oven: You may use your STAUB ceramic product in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 300°C (572°F). For the covered baker with a metal knob on the lid in the oven up to a maximum temperature of 220°C (428°F).

Broiler: When using under a broiler, ensure that you leave a space between

the edge of the dish and the heat source of at least 7 cm (2 ¾ inches).

Microwave: The clay used in the dish is a completely natural material and contains no metal. Your product can therefore be used in the microwave.

We recommend using potholders to take the dish out after heating.

NO Microwave: For the baker lid with a metal knob.

From freezer to the oven: You can move your product straight from the freezer to a cold oven so that the frozen dish is heated at the same time as the oven.

Dinnerware / Tableware
